According to Governor Tom Wolf, buying a new car in PA is considered non-essential. But what if you really need a car now? What if your car was in an accident or got totaled? What if you wanted to start driving for Lyft or Uber? Are you going to risk going to corona virus hotspot NY to buy a car, where it is  considered essential?
